To keep your sea moss gel fresh store in the refridgerator. Always use a clean spoon when serving. 

Sea moss gel can be frozen for long term storage. Keep in mind that glass containers may shatter when frozen. We suggest transfering to a freezer safe container or make sure there is room enough for the sea moss to expand.
